(11) Progress on Optical Second-Harmonic Generation from Si Experiment

Abstract:

The design, production and results of our experiment intended to measure the second harmonic response from Si/SiO2 interfaces will be discussed. Specifically, the temperature dependence of this signal will be explored. Preliminary results will be discussed. Supported by the NSF.
