Dr Benatmane is experienced in electrical systems engineering. He lectured Power System Design, Electrical Power Station Design and Power electronics. Makhlouf was involved in ships advanced power systems, naval and commercial ships systems. Makhlouf holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, and a First Class Honours Degree in Electromechanical Engineering. He is Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of The Institute of Engineering & Technology and of The Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology.
