Use the Bookmark Tool to add the poster to your personal summary and make it easy to find again in the future.  
Add your own notes to a poster with the Notes Tool. The notes, and a thumbnail of the poster will show up on your personal summary.  
Clicking on the Email Tool will launch an email message (that you can send to a colleague) with a link to the poster you are viewing.  
Rate each poster from 1 to 5 stars with the Ratings Tool, and influence which posters show up first in the 'most popular' list.
