Mac Computers (1) The CD does not autostart. Click on the CD icon on your desktop to open up the CD folder. Double-click on "start.htm" to start the CD.
(2) When I use the CD, I am unable to connect to the proceedings. The most common cause of this is that you are viewing the CD using Microsoft Internet Explorer. That browser has not been updated for years on the Mac platform and will not properly display the proceedings. You can open the proceedings by first opening a Safari window and then drag the CD's "start.htm" file into the middle of the Safari window.
All Computers (1) My email address is not giving me access to the online proceedings. The most likely cause of this is a typo in the online database where your email address is stored. Please contact support@cadmiumcd.com or call 877.426.6323 for assistance.
(2) When I try to access the proceedings, I keep getting routed to the Support page. The most common cause of this is trying to access the proceedings from a bookmark in your internet browser. Try accessing the proceedings with either your Key CD or through the conference registration system.
