Mac Computers
(1) The CD does not autostart. Click on the CD icon on your desktop to open up the CD folder. Double-click on "start.htm" to start the CD.

(2) When I use the CD, I am unable to connect to the proceedings. The most common cause of this is that you are viewing the CD using Microsoft Internet Explorer. That browser has not been updated for years on the Mac platform and will not properly display the proceedings. You can open the proceedings by first opening a Safari window and then drag the CD's "start.htm" file into the middle of the Safari window.


All Computers
(1) My CD Key is not working. The CD Key is an eight digit password. It is four letters followed by four numbers. Make sure you type the letters in uppercase. If your Key CD is not connecting properly to the online login page, Click Here to access it directly.

(2) When I try to access the proceedings, I keep getting routed to the Support page. The most common cause of this is trying to access the proceedings without the Key CD in your computer. You cannot access the online proceedings through methods like a browser bookmark or a pasted link. You must access the proceedings with your Key CD.
