The proceedings from this year's conference are located online in an effort to balance the breadth of information offered and the amount of materials used to deliver the content to you. This also has the added benefit of enabling us to update the proceedings when new material becomes available.

The proceedings are accessed with your key CD and you will need this Key CD each time you want to access the online proceedings, so do not discard either the CD or the sleeve. When you use the CD to connect to the online proceedings, you will be asked for the "CD Key". This Key is a combination of letters and numbers that you will find printed on the inside of the CD sleeve. The image below shows where you can find this Key. Please record your key in a secure place as you will need it each time you access the proceedings. Be sure to use all upper case letters when typing in your Key when you log in.

If you are a first time user, you will then be asked to fill in a short form to register your copy of the proceedings. Once you fill in that online form you will connect to the online proceedings.
